This 8-week development cohort is designed for Chick-fil-A Marketing Directors, team leaders, or marketing-minded team members ready to grow. Through bi-weekly Zoom sessions, hands-on assignments, and peer collaboration, your team will walk away equipped to lead local marketing with creativity, clarity, and confidence—without you having to carry it all.

Week 2: Voice & Tone Foundations
→ Learn to speak and write with clarity and brand alignment
Week 3: Photography 101
→ Capture high-quality content with your phone—lighting, angles, and story
Week 4: Graphic Design in Canva
→ Build on-brand graphics quickly and effectively, without needing to be a designer
Week 5: Social Media Strategy
→ Build a monthly content calendar, schedule posts, and drive engagement
Week 6: Catering Marketing & Community Outreach
→ Execute a catering strategy, follow up with leads, and use social to support outreach
Week 7: Event Planning & Emotional Marketing
→ Design events that matter, promote them well, and measure their success
Week 8: Reflection & Growth Planning
→ Celebrate wins, reflect on lessons, and create a plan for future marketing growth

No problem! All sessions will be recorded and shared in the Slack channel so you can catch up on your own time. You’ll also have access to the cohort leader for questions or support afterward.

Each session is 60 minutes. We recommend setting aside an additional 30–60 minutes bi-weekly for completing homework and participating in Slack discussions. This is a low-time, high-impact development opportunity.

Yes, you can register up to two people per restaurant to participate in the same cohort. To ensure a quality experience for the group, we limit each restaurant to a maximum of two participants per registration.
If you’d like to add a second team member, please select the “Add a Second Participant” option during checkout for an additional $49 to cover materials, access, and support for both individuals.
