What’s Included?

You’ll receive two 45-minute coaching calls with us each month—focused, strategic, and personalized to your restaurant. 

Call One: Strategy + Planning

In this session, we’ll map out the month ahead with clarity and confidence.

We’ll work together to:

  • Plan your marketing calendar

  • Build out at least 3 core events: one sales-driven, one people-driven, and one drive-thru initiative

  • Craft a social media strategy that aligns with your promotions and team goals

  • Create a customized photo/video shot list to support your content

  • Break down your ideas into actionable next steps

Call Two: Accountability + Execution

We’ll meet again mid-month to ensure progress is happening and nothing falls through the cracks.

This call will include:

  • Status check on your action items and events

  • Gap-filling where support is needed

  • A social media audit: review your content for strategy, clarity, and brand alignment

  • Encouragement and coaching to finish the month strong


This is NOT our cohort program.

Cohorts are 8-week group trainings on high-level topics.

  • Great question! Our cohort program is an 8-week group experience that covers high-level marketing topics in a community setting. This coaching service is one-on-one, ongoing support tailored specifically to you and your restaurant—focused on planning, accountability, and execution each month.

  • This is designed for RMDs, marketing leaders, or Operators who want monthly support and strategy. Whether you’re new to the role or have years of experience, we’ll meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

  • You’ll receive two 45-minute Zoom calls each month:

    • One for strategy and planning

    • One for accountability and execution

    You’ll also receive a follow-up email after each session with a recap, action items, and deadlines.

  • Everything from events (sales, people, drive-thru), social media campaigns, monthly photo/video shot lists, in-store promotions, and content strategy. We’ll help you go from scattered to strategic—month after month.

  • Absolutely! We welcome Operator involvement, especially during planning sessions. But it’s not required. The calls are designed to empower and equip your marketing lead directly.
